Restorative Justice

Restorative Justice can allow victims (our members) to understand the questions that arise  after a murder around What Happened? Why did it happen?

RJ is a victim focussed process providing an opportunity for the victims (our members) to meet the perpetrator to seek answers and resolution.

The process is a voluntary one that both victim and offender must agree to participate in.  The opportunity for the offender to apologise and to take full responsibility for their actions makes the process quite a challenging, yet ultimately a very rewarding one for all parties involved.
