Laura Boyd, Director and Trustee:
Laura has worked in the charity sector and NHS for the last 8 years. Initially supporting TU as a volunteer we are delighted that Laura has now joined the Board.
Tim Pascoe, Director and Trustee
Dr. Tim Pascoe’s background is 25 years of Community practitioner and academic work carrying out qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation investigating social issues and instigating community interventions and solutions. His focus is in areas of need such as community safety and social enterprises. His work, which has been carried out with a number of bodies including community groups of all types, police forces, local authorities, government departments, etc. has resulted in a publication record which has added to the understanding of community safety problems and solutions. He regularly chairs and presents at conferences and seminars worldwide.
Yvonne is founder and CEO of the Godwin Lawson Foundation (GLF). Born in North London, she lived with her family in Ghana returning to London when she was 15. After attending secondary school in Tottenham and studying Business and Finance at college, Yvonne worked for a local authority before completing teacher training at Middlesex University, and spending 16 fulfilling years as a primary school teacher.
